Medium Density Fibreboard

MDF is a composite panel product usually made of cellulosic fibers and a synthetic resin or other suitable bonding system, which are then combined together using heat and pressure. Their thickness ranges from 1/4 to 1 inch.

MDF contains lots of physical properties and dimensions. Moreover, additives can be added to have additional characteristics during the manufacturing process.

The surface of MDF is smooth, knot-free, grain pattern-free, flat, and dense. The constant density throughout the profile helps in the greater finishing of MDF products. These panels are used in making signs, furniture, construction trades, and similar applications.
